Located in the heart of the CBD legal precinct, our spacious Melbourne offices have rooms available for sessional or long term hire/lease.

Our large boardroom is fully furnished and is ideal for meetings with large groups.

We also have mediation rooms available, including a large conference room, and smaller 'break out' rooms.

For those needing a central location for client meetings, our smaller meeting rooms are ideal.  

There are also offices available for longer term hire/lease in various sizes and configurations.  These rooms are available either furnished or bare, and leasing costs are inclusive of all utilities and other outgoings (except for telephone costs).  A photocopier and fax machine are also available for use by tenants.

All rooms have access to central facilities, including refreshments and kitchen, and our offices are readily accessible by public transport or by car, with ample on street parking available.

Our boardroom, meeting and mediation rooms are available for hire on a daily or half daily basis, and offices are available for longer term tenancies.
